Job summary

William Penn Care Center in Jeannette, PA is seeking Afternoon Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a compassionate team. This full-time or part-time role runs 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with a $3.00/hour shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

As a CNA, you will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, respond to call lights, and help with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility while maintaining a safe, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA Certification
• Compassionate and dependable work ethic
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Assist with daily living activities
• Answer call lights promptly
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in resident condition; maintain accurate documentation
• Create a safe and positive environment for our residents
