This role supports patient care under RN supervision, assisting with routine activities, admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Performs clerical and organizational tasks, maintains supplies, and ensures patient belongings accompany them at discharge.

Safely transports stable patients, maintains confidentiality, and responds to emergencies.

Completes documentation, prepares rooms, and assists with patient comfort needs.

Identifies patient condition changes and reports to nurses promptly.

Supports a safe environment, effective communication, and adapts care to meet individual patient needs.

Requires a CNA license, BLS certification, high school diploma (preferred), and patient care experience (preferred).

Attends orientation, completes competency validations, and may be scheduled per diem.
