Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in our rehabilitation and long-term care setting. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support the healthcare team to enhance quality of life.

Formación

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or in the process of becoming certified

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team
