Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in the Davis Weber Counties area, Woods Cross, UT 84010, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team on a full-time basis. You will provide compassionate patient care, comfort, and support during some of life’s most important moments.

This role requires current CNA licensure, High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and a passion for serving hospice patients and families.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a CNA in home/hospice settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team.
