The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 at University of Miami Hospital & Clinics provides intermediate patient care under RN supervision. You will assist with dressing, bathing, eating, vital signs, IV feeding tube management, and ADLs, while maintaining a safe, respectful patient environment.
This full-time role requires Florida CNA licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years of CNA experience.

The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 performs intermediate patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse. More specifically, the incumbent assists patients in dressing and undressing, bathing, eating, collects noninvasive body fluid specimens, gathers vital signs, and assembles, monitors and discontinues intravenous feeding tubes. Additionally, the incumbent works closely with patients on activities of daily living such as transferring from the bed to a chair and performing minor physical therapy routines.
