Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active CNA license in the state of practice.
• State-approved CNA training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding) per care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Monitor vital signs and intake/output; report changes to licensed staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights with empathy and professionalism.
• Support therapeutic and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with infection control compliance.
• Collaborate with care team to meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
