West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia is hiring CNAs for all shifts with a $1500 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

Active CNA certificate or in process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam
Graduated from a CNA training program

Responsibilities

Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team
