Job summary

Eastcastle Place is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:15pm), offering 32 hours per week of compassionate care to residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, document care plans, and collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and dietary staff. A minimum of 1–2 years CNA experience and Wisconsin CNA registration are required; we offer a comprehensive benefits program and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years CNA experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Active Wisconsin CNA registration.
• CBRF certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise.
• Follow resident care plans and provide support as outlined.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the nurse.
• May be required to relocate to different care units based on resident needs.
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake, output, and vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Report any changes in condition, wounds, bruises, or symptoms to nursing staff.
• Stay current with CNA training and facility policies.

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, ensure a safe and comfortable environment, and provide physical, emotional, and social support. As part of the Nursing team, you will collaborate with fellow CNAs, RNs, LPNs, Dietary Aides, and Activities staff, while reporting to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing.
