• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care, respecting each individual's autonomy, dignity, and rights.
