Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA certification and be in good standing.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and daily living assistance.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including AM/PM/NOC as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide residents during daily activities and skills-building.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals and personal hygiene.
• Build rapport with residents to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Update resident case notes daily and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain appropriate staff-to-client ratios at all times.
• Coordinate schedules for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

• Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.
• Update resident case notes on a daily basis.
• Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times.
• Schedule: AM, PM and NOC shifts available.
• $20.00-$22.00 per hour
