Job summary

Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)

Current Openings: Days Part Time with Benefits and PM Full Time positions available

Pay Range (Including Shift Differentials)

Day Shift: $22:00 - $23.50 per hour (based on experience) 6:00AM - 2:00PM

PM Shift: $24.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience) 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Includes every other weekend and holiday

Job Summary

The CNA provides hands‑on care to residents, supporting their health, comfort, and daily living needs. Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, walking, prosthetic appliances, positioning, and range‑of‑motion exercises. The CNA observes and reports changes in resident condition, maintains accurate records, and supports the supervising nurse with delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and collecting specimens.
