Job summary

Harborview Tifton is actively seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team in Georgia. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help residents maintain mobility in a safe environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active CNA certification, a state-approved CNA training, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a CNA in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Support resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Document care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionateCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join our team.

What You Will Do

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans

What You Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

• ActiveCNA certificationin good standing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
