Job summary

Heritage Park Health Center by Harborview in Bradenton, FL is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position is available as full-time or part-time to support our residents with dignity and care.

You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, help with mobility, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while offering companionship to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a RN or LPN.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Document care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support care team in developing individualized care plans.
