We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Technicians (PCT) to join our team at Weinberg Village, a senior living community in Tampa, Florida, dedicated to enriching residents' quality of life through compassionate care and cultural values.

Job Schedule:

• Shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am
• Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 shifts for part-time)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, hygiene, bathing, transferring, and feeding
• Provide emotional support and ensure residents' safety and comfort
• Represent the facility positively and report any changes in resident condition

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in technical skills required for CNAs
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families
• Energetic, reliable, and professional with strong work ethics
• Experience in home care preferred
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and attend training
