Job Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessments and planning of treatment programs
• Administer medications and interventions as per physician instructions
• Document patient encounters and communicate with supervisory staff
• Maintain cleanliness and supplies in the working areas

Minimum Requirements

• Current, valid Nursing Assistant certification and CPR certification
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant certification program
• Preferred experience: 0-2 years
