Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living with person-centered care, meeting physical, emotional and clinical needs. We offer a newly increased wage scale of $20.00–$24.50 per hour, plus shift differentials of $3 evenings and $2 nights, plus on-site medical centers, PTO, wellness reimbursements, and a robust education program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/experience preferred
