Avir at Heritage in San Antonio, TX seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team on the 2-10PM shift.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support mobility, while documenting care and collaborating with the care team. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including personal care and monitoring of vitals
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents
• Support residents with mobility and transfers using equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and medications
• Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings
• 2-10PM shift, including weekend and holiday rotations

Job Summary:
