Job summary

Shalom Parkside Senior Living in Richmond, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs for part-time, per diem shifts. You will assist residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily routines in a home-like setting, maintaining safety and dignity. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents in maintaining independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Provide reminders and assistance with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Engage residents in social activities and meaningful interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call systems.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
