Job summary

The Orchards Michigan, located in Harper Woods, MI, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. CNAs will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, document intake, and support nursing staff to deliver compassionate care.

Qualified CNAs will have current certification, strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, with a focus on safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and valid.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Familiarity with patient care policies and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals, transfers, and hydration.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Observe Residents and report health changes to supervising staff.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition supplementation as needed.
• Maintain clean and tidy living areas and assist with bed making.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Orchards Michigan, located in Harper Woods, MI is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift


• Help Residents with personal hygiene


• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse


• Document Resident food and fluid intake


• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements


• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy


• Transport Residents within the facility


• Assist nurses and other staff as needed


• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures


• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards


• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:
