Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant at PrimRose Home Care & Hospice located in Providence, UT. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

• Patient Care, Vital Signs Monitoring, and Medical Record Keeping skills
• Experience in assisting with daily activities for patients
