Job summary

Spring Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. Shifts available include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a, with full-time hours and a focus on teamwork and quality of life.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, feeding, hygiene, and reporting changes in condition. Candidates must have a PA Nurse Aide Certification and adhere to all safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification is required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, feeding, hygiene, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Identify and report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor.
• Follow department, center, and corporate policies, safety, and infection control standards.

• Assist residents with resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment
• Identify and report changes in condition to the supervisor
• Maintain and work within the established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
