Job summary

Fellowship Community in Whitehall, PA is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our vibrant senior living team. You will provide compassionate care, assist residents with daily activities, monitor needs, and promote independence in a high-performance, resident-focused environment.

Shift options include 8-hour and 12-hour periods with pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, plus shift differentials for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• U.S. High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current PA CNA certification.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Foster respectful relationships with residents and families.

Pay: $19–$21/hour

• 7a–3p: $20–$21
• 3p–11p: $20–$21 + $2 shift differential
• 11p–7a: $20–$21 + $1 shift differential
