Job summary

Caring Hospice Services seeks a dedicated Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate in-home and facility-based care for patients in the Philadelphia area. This full-time mobile role requires a valid CNA license, a reliable vehicle, and travel to patients in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Hospice Aide or CNA is required.

This is a mobile position in the field. The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in facilities in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals
• Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
