Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a premier post-acute and senior care provider in Parsippany, NJ, to recruit a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The position offers full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules, emphasizing compassionate resident care and strong teamwork.

You will assist with activities of daily living, communicate with nurses and physicians, document observations, and help ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Serve as a primary caregiver and act as a liaison between patients, nurses, and physicians.
• Record and communicate patient conditions and any changes to the medical staff.
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism while ensuring resident’s comfort and safety.
