Job summary

Quality Talent Group partners with a leading post-acute and senior care provider in New Jersey to hire a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for on-site care. The role focuses on compassionate personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities for residents in a warm, family-oriented environment.

You will communicate with nurses and physicians, document changes, and help maintain residents’ comfort and safety while upholding high standards of professional care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Serve as primary caregiver and liaison between patients, nurses, and physicians.
• Record and communicate patient conditions and changes to medical staff.
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
