Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our Oregon, OH facility. We offer competitive wages based on experience, 8-hour shifts (6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM) and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Daily pay option and benefits, including a 401K, are available; $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.
• Ensure resident medical needs are addressed.
• Provide physical support to assist daily living activities.
• Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient plans.
• Observe patients to detect symptoms requiring medical attention.
• Document observations of patient behavior or symptoms to nurses.

6 AM - 2 PM / 2PM - 10PM / 10 PM - 6 AM

Full-Time and Part Time Available

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.
• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed.
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities.
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans.
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate.
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities.
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention.
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
