Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Starting compensation is $17.01 per hour, commensurate with experience, with part-time and full-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents physically, spiritually, emotionally, and clinically.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans honoring preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
