Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and person-centered care. You will help implement care plans, promote comfort and companionship, and work with the clinical team to meet residents’ needs promptly.

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Provide person-centered care to meet residents' needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with a focus on comfort and belonging.
• Assist with resident activities and programs as directed by the clinical team.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs timely.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
