Job summary

Paramount Community Living and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide high-quality care, monitor residents, and support daily living activities to ensure comfort and safety.

This role requires current Kansas CNA certification and the physical ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks. Prior SNF experience is preferred, and a positive, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Kansas required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Physical ability to lift/move residents and perform patient-care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including activities of daily living and mobility support.

Job Summary

Paramount Community Living and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities

• Provide resident care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility issues, and vital signs monitoring
• Accurately document care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and other pertinent information in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and supervisor regarding any changes in residents' conditions or concerns
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
