Job summary

Seasons Hospice in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in home or facility settings, delivering dignified daily care and comforting presence during life’s most challenging moments.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safe, respectful care. The role requires a CNA program completion and at least 1 year of direct care experience; lifting up to 100 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Change linens, wash laundry, clean living areas, and maintain a safe environment.
• Measure and report vital signs, intake & output, and observe/report health changes.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and patient positioning.
• Administer basic treatments such as enemas, heat/ice packs, and non-sterile dressings.
• Support medication adherence as directed by nurses or physicians.
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs and assist with nourishment between meals.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments or errands as needed.
• Provide care for pediatric patients or disabled family members when applicable.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
• Assist with post-mortem care as needed in hospice settings.

Hourly rate: $17- 19.

About the Role:
