The Post at Mint Hill is a family care home (Assisted living) that caters to 6 residents in each of our homes. We foster a true family atmosphere with a resident-to-staff ratio of 1:3 during wake hours, allowing you to provide personalized care without the stress of a large resident load.

We offer 12-hour shifts, flexible schedules, and excellent pay!

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting all care needs of each resident
• Providing companionship to residents
• Communicating effectively and politely with staff, residents, and family members
• Maintaining attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 hours per week
