Job summary

Chaplinwood Health and Rehabilitation is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care in our Georgia facility. You’ll assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor changes, and work with a supportive team to deliver excellent, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork, with competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, weekly pay, and a robust benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
