Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a post-acute and senior care provider in Middletown, New Jersey, to recruit a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities and coordinating with nurses and physicians to ensure comfort and safety.

You will act as a primary caregiver, documenting patient conditions and changes, and delivering compassionate, professional care in a supportive team environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Serve as a primary caregiver and act as a liaison between patients, nurses, and physicians.
• Record and communicate patient conditions and any changes to the medical staff.
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism while ensuring resident’s comfort and safety.
