Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care to our senior residents in McKinney, TX. You will perform direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice and support daily living activities with dignity and professionalism.

Qualifications include active CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid is preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
