Qualifications

• Active CNA license valid in the state of California.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Recent physical exam and TB test (within 1 year).
• Driver's license or valid state ID.
• At least 6 months CNA experience in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules.
• Greet visitors warmly and escort them as needed.
• Deliver courteous customer service to residents, families, and colleagues.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Report any changes in condition promptly to the team.
• Communicate clearly with the care team to support quality patient care.
• Prioritize tasks based on current care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies.
