Job summary

VitaWerks Inc. is recruiting a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, safety-focused care at partner facilities in California.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules while maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers. Requirements include an active CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, recent physical and TB tests within a year, a driver's license or state ID, and a minimum of 6 months

• Ensure Safety and Comfort: Provide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort.

• Offer Welcoming Presence: Create a warm atmosphere by receiving and escorting visitors.
• Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to residents, families, and colleagues.
• Manage Medications Precisely: Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Maintain Infection Control: Follow protocols for a clean and safe environment.
• Report Changes Promptly: Alert appropriate personnel to signs of condition changes.
• Communicate Effectively: Exchange information for quality patient care.
• Prioritize Tasks: Manage activities based on current care needs.
• Document Accurately: Maintain documentation with precision and compliance.

Education

Active state CNA license

CPR or BLS Certification

Recent Physical and TB tests (within one year)

Driver's License or State ID
