CareOne is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Jackson, NJ. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem roles across multiple shifts, with sign-on bonuses of $2,000 (FT) or $1,000 (PT). Salary range is $19.00–$25.00 per hour.

As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility and linen changes. State certification is required. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401k, paid time off and opportunities to grow your career.

Competenze

• Must be certified or state-tested Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension required.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care and work well in a team.

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Basic patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties, such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens.
• Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation.
• Prefer experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting. Dedication to quality care.

Position Requirements

• Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
• Must have patience tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
