Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas. You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship to clients in their homes.

Join a supportive team with flexible schedules, medical benefits, a 401(k), and ongoing paid training. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, including first, second, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a CNA in healthcare (home care or facilities) preferred.
• Current CPR certification recommended.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Provide personal care and grooming support.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with medication management and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.

Location: Raleigh, NC + Surrounding Areas

Position: Full-Time | Part-Time

Shifts Available: First Shift, Second Shift, Overnights, and Weekends

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide care to our clients in their homes, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming

• Assisting with medication management and communication with healthcare providers
• Providing companionship and social support

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in healthcare (homes or facilities)
• Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course
• Current CPR Certificate (recommended)
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen test
• Authorization to work in the United State
