Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs).

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Aid patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, and respiration. Report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Mobility Support: Assist patients with mobility, including transferring them from bed to chair and repositioning to prevent bedsores.
• Patient Observation: Monitor patients for any changes in condition and report observations to nursing staff.
• Medical Assistance: Support nursing staff during medical procedures and assist with the administration of medications as directed.
• Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe environment by changing bed linens, cleaning rooms, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient care activities and observations in medical records.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
