Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in accordance with state requirements.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with applicable state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in the technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• A dependable and team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, individualized care to our residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
• Helping residents look and feel their best while encouraging independence and maintaining their highest possible level of function.
• Promoting resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.
• Remaining calm and professional in stressful situations while maintaining a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions as appropriate.

Haven of Farmer City is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the Part-Time PM Shift.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Schedule: Part-Time - PM Shift
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will play an important role in helping our residents live a life filled with purpose, dignity, comfort, and connection.

Your responsibilities will include:
