Responsibilities

• Complete charge and inventory slips and monitor daily supply levels.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Provide comfort to residents and respond to call lights; report observations to the nurse supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to professional standards and company policies and all applicable regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist in clinical management of patients.

Rates: $17.25-$24.50 based off of when you passed your competency. There is a $1.50 weekend differential for all shifts!

Responsibilities

• Completes appropriate charge and inventory slips and monitors supply inventory daily to see what is needed; cleans instruments and equipment and returns to proper area after use
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight, recording intake and output information.
• Provide for resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; answering call lights and requests; reporting observations of the residents to the nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA guidelines and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements, including JCAHO standards, when applicable
• Maintain a safe environment for your patient.
• Clinical Management of your patient.

Qualifications
