Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living community. The CNA should have memory care and senior living experience. The pay range is $19.50 to $21.00 per hour.

The CNA provides personal care, supports daily living activities, and assists residents in alignment with ISP under supervision of Healthcare Coordinator. Take vital signs, assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and medication reminders; support safe transfers;

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and assist with resident mobility.
• Comfort using basic technology for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs; report changes in condition to supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living needs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals, and medication reminders.
• Support safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
