The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens
• Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation
• Prefer experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting and dedication to quality care

Position Requirements

• Must be a certified or state-tested Nursing Assistant according to state laws
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care
• Supportive team member with a positive attitude
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and willingness to handle difficult residents
• Ability to communicate resident conditions effectively
