Full-time positions available. All shifts are 12 hours: 7am to 7:30pm or 7:30pm to 7am.

Responsibilities Include

1. Identifying, supervising, and documenting a patient's location at all times.
2. Ensuring that patients are free from harm to themselves, other patients, and staff.
3. Providing an effective and positive role model, giving constructive feedback to consumers.
4. Assembling medical charts and patient records.
5. Assisting with therapeutic groups.
6. Conducting 15-minute round checks.

Requirements

• Valid CENA license in the State of Michigan and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting.
• Strong interest in providing therapeutic care for patients/clients with mental illness.
• Positive role model with a pleasant personality, neat appearance, and emotional maturity.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
