We are currently hiring Full Time CNAs for 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p & 7p-7a, with every other weekend off (EOW).

**Position Summary:**

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in our skilled nursing facility. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing their wellbeing, dignity, and independence.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
  2. Assisting residents with daily activities such as dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
  3. Helping with daily tasks like phone use, laundry, transportation, and mail.
  4. Performing light housekeeping and meal prep.
  5. Providing medication reminders.
  6. Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
  7. Conducting rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
  8. Assisting with dining, including escorting residents, serving, and cleanup.
  9. Offering companionship and conversation.
  10. Performing other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Must be at least 18 years old.
  3. Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.
  4. Ability to read and communicate effectively for job duties.
  5. Respectful treatment of seniors and their property.
  6. Friendly and congenial communication skills.
  7. Completion of our new hire orientation required.
