Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Casper, WY is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic resident care and assist with daily living activities. The CNA delivers compassionate support, including hygiene, mobility, meals, and social activities, while collaborating with the nursing team and families to ensure residents reach their highest well-being.

The role requires current CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant depending on state regulations.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and related memory impairments preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team and provide compassionate care.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to be responsible for providing basic care to residents and assisting them in daily living activities. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) must possess excellent people skills and the ability to be compassionate and enjoy helping others. The CNA provides care to residents which may include personal hygiene, dressing, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, meal services and other duties and services as assigned within the community. The CNA collaborates and assists in supporting the entire nursing department, other departments, medical professionals, consultants, residents and families in an efficient and economic manner to enable each resident to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.

What we're looking for:
