Role Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Boxborough, MA. The CNA will provide hands‑on personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ condition, supporting safe transfers, assisting with meals, and helping clients maintain a clean and comfortable environment. The CNA will offer companionship, encourage participation in social and leisure activities, and help promote independence and dignity for each individual. The role also involves accurate documentation of care, collaboration with supervisors and care teams, and adherence to agency policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Massachusetts and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Skills in assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility support, and safe transfer techniques.
• Ability to observe, document, and report changes in physical or emotional status, and follow care plans accurately.
