Job summary

Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Boston, Massachusetts. Under the supervision of registered nurses, you will support residents with daily living activities and monitor health needs.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment. Current MA CNA certification, strong communication, and empathy are required; a fast-paced setting

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the guidance of our experienced nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
  • Building strong relationships with our residents and families
