Job summary

High Shoals Health & Rehab in Bishop, GA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and collaborate with nurses to deliver dignified, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Heart for service and caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
