Charleston House Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Vista Senior Living Management family. The role provides hands-on caregiving to residents, medication assistance, and daily living support in a person-centered setting.

We offer competitive wages starting at $20.50 per hour, full-time or part-time schedules, sign-on bonuses, shift differential, and tuition reimbursement.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Essential Functions

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following all CBRF/RCAC policies, medication administration procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Provide hands-on caregiving support, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealtime support.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns, and promptly report updates to the appropriate team member.
• Document medications, care provided, and resident status accurately and in a timely manner.
• Promote resident dignity, choice, comfort, and safety while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including proper medication storage, infection control, and compliance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support.
